Centech make Reverse Laminar Airflow Bench finds a major application in sampling and dispensing. Majorly used for mixed airflow streams to control the hazardous emission of dust powder during dispensing or sampling process.

Dust air particles are being filtered and a clean air stream is provided in the zone of exposed product and the operator breathing zone. The RLAF is designed to provide a Class 100 working environment at rest with a built-in scavenging system to ensure product, operator as well as surrounding environmental protection.

Reverse laminar flow cabinets are special enclosed workstations used in dispensing or sampling processes for handling potentially hazardous powders. The purpose of the cabinet is to protect the operator from exposure to particulates and other airborne contaminants that may be present. This type of cabinet is one of many types of containment devices used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food production, chemical manufacturing, and laboratories.

Reverse laminar flow cabinets use a combination of airflow generated by fans and filters to keep the air inside the cabinet uncontaminated. Air enters through an intake filter which captures airborne contaminants before they reach the working area. It then flows down towards the back wall where it is expelled out through a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, ensuring all particles are removed before they leave the cabinet.
